Only locations in finland are allowed

I'm not sure I managed to push all the modifications: I don't see the global variable insideFinland in the changes.. This worked on my computer.. Update: All the lines are there.. TODO: Translation.

It only took about 8h to do these simple lines of code.. Beginner's luck: I googled different kinds of point in polygon algorithms and couldn't get any of those work. Finally I started to think about Leaflet's layer events..
