The Business person is able to promote his app in order to make it grow.

This would for example mean that any person (or a registered collaborator) could add a marker on the map without said marker being related to a dog-spot. Other examples would be a functionality to comment on others' markers, where the nearby business owner could maybe promote their deals of the week for interested doggers (related to issue #26).
