Add Location does not work

Summary

When clicking "Add Location" in the map popup nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Web App
2. Click on the map
3. Fill form details
4. Click the "Add Location" button

What is the current bug behavior?

The popup stays open. Nothing else happens.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Popup should close. Marker should pop up on the map.
